Kurdish language teacher Seivan Ebrahimi was arrested and transferred to Sanandaj prison

According to the received reports: on Saturday " December 30, 2023", Seivan Ebrahimi, a Kurdish language teacher and member of the Board of Directors of the Social Cultural Association (Nojin) was arrested and transferred to Sanandaj Central Prison.

Seivan Ebrahimi is 29 years old and from Kamyaran.
Mr. Ebrahimi by the first branch of Sanandaj Revolutionary Court, presided over by Judge "Mohammed Karmi" on the charge of "forming groups and factions with the intention of disrupting the security of the country" to 10 years in prison and on the charge of propagandizing against the regime to one year in prison, a total of 11 years in prison was convicted and the sentence issued on Saturday "December 2, 2023".
In August 2023, Seivan Ebrahimi was sentenced to one year imprisonment, deportation to Dizilabad prison in Kermanshah and 40 lashes by the 106th branch of Sanandaj criminal court on the charge of "disrupting public order".  In the appeals court of Kurdistan province and the sentence of deportation to Dizilabad prison in Kermanshah and  the lashes were canceled.
It should be noted that the mentioned person was arrested on Wednesday, January 18, 2023, without a court order, and then on February 13, 2023, he was temporarily released from Sanandaj prison after posting bail.
Earlier, this Kurdish language teacher had gone to Sanandaj court to learn about his wife Zara Mohammadi's case on January 3, 2023, he was arrested by the government forces and released from prison on January 5, 2023 on bail.
