Sanandaj / Temporary release of Aram Moradian on bail

Hana: On Wednesday, March 16, 2022, Aram Moradian, a Kurdish citizen from Sanandaj, who was arrested in November last year, was temporarily released from Sanandaj prison on a bail of 800 million Tomans.
The 33-year-old resident of Tangiser village, who has a history of arrest in April 2021, was arrested on November 14 after being summoned by the Revolutionary Court on charges of collaborating with a Kurdish party, and was denied the right to have an attorney and visitation while in detention.
It should be noted that his trial was held by the Revolutionary Court of Sanandaj, presided over by Judge Saeedi, on March 3, 2022.
