Four citizens from Ilam were arrested by government forces

According to the reports received by Hana Human Rights Organization: On Friday, September 21, 2023, the brother of deceased Mohsen Qaysari and three other citizens were arrested by government forces.
Hana's colleagues identified these citizens as "Mohamad Hossein Qaysari, Mahmoud Sadeghi, Hoda Sadeghi and Ali Shirkhani from Ilam.
According to reports received; On the first anniversary of Mohsen Qaysari in "Behesht Reza" cemetery of Ilam, these citizens were arrested by the government forces along with beatings and taken to the detention center of this city.
According to a source, Ali Shirkhani is in poor physical condition due to severe beating with a baton by the Iranian forces and is deprived of medical facilities in Ilam detention center.
It should be noted that Mohammad Hossein Qaysari was released after being detained for several hours after posting bail.
32-year-old Mohsen Qaysari was shot by repressive forces on September 21, 2022, during nationwide protests in the city of Ilam and and lost his life.
