The colleagues of Hana Human Rights Organization in Sanandaj reported the arrest of labor activist Fouad Fathi by the security forces.
Fouad Fathi is 43 years old, the son of Sediq, married and has a child, from Sanandaj and living in Tehran.
Hana's colleagues reported that Mr. Fathi was arrested on Saturday "November 4, 2023" by the security forces in his personal home in Tehran and transferred to Evin prison.
Based on this report; After a few hours of detention, Fouad Fathi announced to his family during a phone call that he was accused by the 7th branch of the Evin Prosecutor's Office.
It should be mentioned that the family of Fouad Fathi visited the Evin Prosecutor's Office on Sunday, November 5, 2023, to follow up on the fate of their son and to know the reason for his arrest, and the relevant officials announced that Fouad Fathi's name was registered in the system. .
