Saqqez; Sentencing a citizen to one year of suspended imprisonment

Hana: On Sunday, August 20, 2023, a citizen with the identity of "Milad Fazelpour", 24 years old, the son of Mohammad Saleh and from the village of "Malqarni" in Saqqez, was charged by the revolutionary court of this city with the charge of "cooperation with one of the Kurdistan opposition parties of the Iranian government". He has been sentenced to one year of suspended imprisonment.
According to the reports received, he was arrested on Monday "June 26, 2023" without a judicial note by the government forces in the village of Melqarni and transferred to the detention center of Sanandaj Intelligence Agency for interrogation, and then on July 13, 2023, he was temporarily released from Sanandaj Information Bureau on the heavy bail of 700 million tomans.
