According to the reports received by Hana Human Rights Organization: On Wednesday evening, February 21, 2024, a 28-year-old Kolber with the identity of Kazem Osmani was seriously injured by the firing of military forces.
According to received reports; Kazem Osmani was seriously injured in the leg area and was taken to Shafa Hospital in Saqqez for medical treatment. He was injured due to the shooting of military forces in the border areas of Bastam village in Saqqez city.
