According to the report received by the colleagues of Hana Human Rights Organization: on Tuesday, November 13, 2023, two children under the legal age were shot by the military forces stationed on Hengjal border and wounded in the back while crossing the border.
The identity of these two Kolber was 17-year-old Iman and 14-year-old Arvin (unspecified family) from Sanandaj.
