The Supreme Court of the Iran, approved the death sentence of Reza Rasaei

Hana: In recent days, the death sentence of Reza Rasaei, a Kurdish citizen following the Yarsan religion and from Sahne city, Kermanshah, was confirmed by the 17th branch of the Supreme Court headed by Judge Barani.
Earlier, Reza Rasaei by the second branch of the Kermanshah Criminal Court on the charge of "murdering Nader Bayrami, head of intelligence of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps, being in charge of unintentional non-fatal injuries that did not lead to death, show of force with a knife and disturbing public order by creating commotion and Controversy" was sentenced to execution (qisas nafs), payment of dowry, one year imprisonment and 74 lashes.
Mr. Rasaei was arrested by the security forces in the city of Karaj on November 24, 2023, and after the interrogation process was completed, he was transferred from the detention center of IRGC Intelligence Organization to Dizilabad prison in Kermanshah.
35-year-old Reza Rasaei is a follower of the "Yarsan" religion and has a bachelor's degree in management and is from Sahne city, in Kermanshah districts.
