According to the report of Hana's colleagues: On Sunday, February 18, 2024, civil activist Hemenn NikPay from the village of "Chor" of Marivan was arrested by the security forces without providing any legal documents.
According to a source, after being arrested, he was transferred to one of the security detention centers in Sananj for interrogation.
