Hana: At dawn on Wednesday , December 6, 2023, the death sentence of a 43-year-old prisoner from Saqqez with the identity of "Kamal Elhami" was implemented in the central prison of this city.
Based on the reports received; In 2019, he was arrested in Saqqez on charges of kidnapping, rape of a soldier from Mahabad, and then sentenced to death on charges of "violent and rape".
