Hana: On Saturday, November 11, 2023, a citizen with the identity of Mehrab Kosha from the city of Karzan, Ilam, was arrested by the security forces and taken to an unknown place.
Based on the reports received; The named person was shot by security forces in his car while being arrested on Karzan road and was wounded in the leg area.
So far, there is no information about the fate and physical condition of this citizen.
