Four prisoners at Ilam Central Detention Center went on hunger strike

Based on the reports received; Four arrested citizens, named Nasser Rezaei, Vahid Chavran, Mohammad Hossein Hasli from Abdanan and Dr. Bakhtiar Mohammadzadeh from Dareshahr, since Sunday, September 3, 2023, protesting the continued detention, indecision and poor mental and physical condition of Vahid Chavaran in the central detention center of Ilam has started a hunger strike.
According to reports received; These four citizens are spending the fourth day of their strike by sewing their lips.
It should be noted that Nasser Rezaei was arrested on May 22, 2023 after being summoned and referred to Dehloran court.
On Friday, June 23, 2023, Vahid Chavaran was arrested at the border of Urmia while leaving the country without presenting a judicial document.
Mohammad Hossein Hasli was arrested on Wednesday "July 26, 2023" with the attack of the government forces and without presenting judicial documents, accompanied by violence in his home.
And finally, on Tuesday, August 29, 2023, Dr. Bakhtiar Mohammadzadeh, the manager of a pharmacy in Dareshehr, was arrested after being summoned to the Ilam Intelligence Agency.
