Urmia; The security institutions of the Islamic Republic of Iran filed a case against Masoud Hajizadeh, a political prisoner

According to Hana's colleagues from Urmia Central Prison; The security institutions of the Islamic Republic of Iran continue to file a case against the Kurdish political prisoner Masoud Hajizadeh.
During the last few days, the Kurdish political prisoner Massoud (Nayeb) Hajizadeh, born on August 1, 1978, married and has five children, from the village of "Yengjeh" in Soma Broadost district of Urmia, was imprisoned in Urmia prison and was transferred to solitary confinement with a new case.
The officials of the Islamic Republic prison in Urmia have prepared a new case against this political prisoner and sent it to the judicial system of the Islamic Republic with the testimony of several prisoners of dangerous crimes.
It is necessary to remember that at 6:00 am on Tuesday, October 8, 2019, the security forces raided Masoud (Nayeb) Hajizadeh's house in Urmia without any judicial order, searched the house and confiscated his mobile phone, arrested and beat him and insulted him and then he was transferred to one of the security detention centers and finally on Thursday "October 24, 2019" he was transferred to Urmia prison after the interrogation.
Masoud (Nayeb) Hajizadeh, for the first time in a five-minute court where he did not have the right to speak and defend himself, with four other citizens named "Keivan Rashuzadeh, Omid Saeedi, Kamran Ghasemi, Abdulaziz Mohammadpour, for the first time in court. They meet without even knowing each other, a joint case is filed against them and the verdict is issued by judge "Ali Sheikhlou".
The aforementioned was first sentenced to 10 years and one day in prison by the Revolutionary Court of Urmia on the charge of "membership in Komale party" and finally this sentence was reduced to 7 years and 6 months in prison in the appeal court.
On Sunday, June 27, 2021, Masoud was attacked and beaten for the umpteenth time in the main hall of the prison by several prisoners of violent crimes and drugs.
When he was arrested, he had a surgery which platinum was placed in his leg in the first surgery and platinum was removed from his leg in the second surgery, but he was not allowed to be sent to the hospital.
With the pressure of international institutions and human rights on judicial authorities and Urmia prison, the second surgery was finally performed on June 2, 2021.
After the second surgery, they refused to send him to the hospital and the prison clinic and they avoid to deliver any medicine to him, and this issue caused a severe infection in his leg.
As a result of the tortures, this political prisoner suffered a laceration of the inner part of his stomach, and due to the pressure of the human rights institutions on the judicial authorities and Urmia prison, he was transferred out of the prison for tests and initial treatment, the tests were shown, he should undergo surgery on his abdomen and legs as soon as possible.
But the prison officials take him back to the prison and ask his family for a 4 billion deposit to transfer him to the hospital.
From the very beginning, Urmia prosecutor had issued a bail request of one billion two hundred million tomans to send this political prisoner on leave, which was met with strong opposition from the security institutions, the judge overseeing the prison, and Urmia prison officials, and finally on Sunday, May 22, 2022 "With the pressure of human rights organizations, they had agreed to accept a bail of one billion two hundred million tomans. However they again opposed sending him on leave because the prison chief and officials were changed, although the bail was provided by the mentioned family.
Every time the judicial system of the Islamic Republic in Urmia by sending this political prisoner on leave, the security institutions have created a case against him.
