Saqqez; Abduction of a citizen by government forces

Based on the reports received; A citizen with the identity of "Ali Lotfi", married and father of five children, son of Ahmed, and from Saqqez, was kidnapped by government forces.
So far, there is no information about the fate and whereabouts of this citizen.
