Execution of a Kurdish citizen from Mahabad in Rasht prison

According to the reports received by HANA Human Rights Organization: at dawn on Thursday, May 4, 2023, the death sentence of a Kurdish prisoner with the identity of "Jalaluddin Rahimian Azar", 23 years old, son of Rahman and from Mahabad, was executed in Lakan prison in Rasht.
According to reports received; This prisoner was previously arrested on the charge of intentional homicide and sentenced to death by the judicial system of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
