According to the reports received by HANA Human Rights Organization: On Friday, March 3, 2023, a 45-year-old Kolber identified as "Jafar Fatehi" from the village of "Karjo" in the central part of Sanandaj city, was seriously injured by military forces in Nosud.
According to received reports; The named person was taken to Kausar Hospital for medical treatment and admitted.
Jafar Fatehi is married and the father of three children.
