Sanandaj; Detention of Zohreh Doosti to serve her of prison sentence

Hana; Saturday, July 25, 2022, Zohreh Doosti, a 40-year-old civil activist from Sanandaj, was arrested after being summoned to the Sanandaj Judgment Enforcement Branch and transferred to the Sanandaj Correctional Center to serve her sentence.
It should be noted that she was recently sentenced by the First Branch of the Saqez Revolutionary Court (Baneh Branch), headed by Judge Javad Mostafaei, to one year in prison on charges of "membership in the Komala Party." Zohreh Doosti had previously been a member of the Komala Party in the Kurdistan Region for some time and had returned to her hometown via the Baneh border after separating from the party.
