Execution of Two Prisoners in Mahabad Central Prison

According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, at dawn on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, the death sentences of two prisoners, “Rahim Berin,” son of Aziz and a resident of Mahabad, and “Jamal Naboure,” son of Mohammad and a resident of the village of “Khanegi” in the Mahabad region, were carried out in the central prison of this city.
According to Hana’s sources, these two prisoners had previously been arrested on charges of “premeditated murder” and sentenced to death by the judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
