Farshad Shokrollah was released on bail from Sanandaj prison after 40 days of detention

According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, today, Wednesday, November 27, 2024, Farshad Shokrollah, a resident of Saqqez, was temporarily released from Sanandaj Central Prison on bail after 40 days of detention.
On Saturday, September 28, 2024, Farshad Shokrollah, along with his nephew “Semko Shokrollah,” was arrested at their private residences by agents of the Intelligence Department without the presentation of judicial documents.
Following his arrest, Mr. Shokrollah was transferred to one of the security detention centers in Sanandaj for interrogation. After completing the interrogation process, he was transferred to the city’s central prison.
