The arrest of Amir Mohammadkhani by Divandareh Intelligence forces

According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, a citizen identified as “Amir Mohammadkhani,” a resident of Divandareh, was arrested by the city’s Intelligence Department forces.
According to Hana sources, this citizen was arrested at his workplace by the Divandareh Intelligence Department forces without the presentation of judicial documents and was subsequently transferred to the Intelligence detention center in the city.
The source added that on Thursday, November 28, 2024, Mr. Mohammadkhani’s family visited the Intelligence Department to inquire about his situation and were informed that he had been transferred to Sanandaj Prison.
Amir Mohammadkhani is married and has children.
