According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization: Today, Monday, October 21, 2024, Jamal Asadi, an environmental activist from Sanandaj, was summoned to the Intelligence Office of this city.
According to a source, Jamal Asadi was summoned to the Intelligence Office of Sanandaj through a phone call and was released after several hours of interrogation. The source added that Mr. Asadi was summoned due to his support for imprisoned labor activists, participation in International Workers’ Day and International Women’s Day events, and active involvement in civil activities.
Jamal Asadi is 60 years old, married, and the father of two children.
