According to information obtained by Hana, on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, IRGC intelligence forces raided the home of Bahman Naderi without presenting any judicial documents. After searching his home, they arrested him and transferred him to the Kermanshah IRGC intelligence detention center for interrogation.

Following the completion of his interrogation, Mr. Naderi was transferred from the IRGC intelligence detention center to Dieselabad Prison in Kermanshah.

It is worth noting that Bahman Naderi’s Instagram page was blocked by judicial order due to his promotional activities. Born in 1990, Mr. Naderi is married, has two children, and is from Kermanshah.

Previously, Mr. Naderi was sentenced by Branch 1 of the Kermanshah Revolutionary Court to six months in prison and fined eight million tomans on charges of “propaganda against the regime.” The sentence was formally communicated to him on Monday, April 15, 2024.

He was also detained on September 12, 2023, by IRGC intelligence forces ahead of the anniversary of the 2022 “Woman, Life, Freedom” revolutionary movement protests. He was ultimately released temporarily after a week on bail of 500 million tomans.

Additionally, on Sunday, January 28, 2024, this Kurdish citizen was summoned to Branch 4 of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office in Kermanshah and charged with “propaganda against the regime” due to his social media calls to boycott the elections. He was subsequently released temporarily on a bail of 400 million tomans.
