According to the reports received by Hana Human Rights Organization: Bahman Naderi, a Kurdish citizen from Kermanshah, according to the notice issued by the first branch of the Revolutionary Court of this city on Thursday, May 2, 2024, should appear on May 8, 2024, in the aforementioned judicial authority in order to obtain the last defense.
Bahman Naderi, born in 1991, is married with two children and is from Kermanshah.
Earlier, Mr. Naderi was sentenced to six months of imprisonment and a fine of eight million tomans by the first branch of Kermanshah Revolution Court on the charge of "propaganda against the regime" and the sentence was issued on Monday "April 15, 2024" to this citizen.
On the date of "September 12, 2023" on the threshold of the anniversary of the protests of the revolutionary movement of Women, Life, Freedom , he was arrested by the intelligence forces of the Revolutionary Guards and finally after a week he was temporarily released after posting a bail of 500 million tomans.
It should be noted that this Kurdish citizen was summoned to Branch 4 of Kermanshah General and Revolution Prosecutor's Office on Sunday, January 28, 2024, for publishing a call on social media to boycott the elections, and was charged with "propaganda against the regime". Finally, he was temporarily released after posting a bail of 400 million tomans.
