08:59 - 25/6/2024
According to reports from colleagues at the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Monday, "June 24, 2024," Shoaib Fallahi, a 30-year-old citizen from the village of "Dartfi" in Marivan, was released from Marivan prison on a bail of one billion tomans after 28 days of detention.
This Kurdish citizen had been arrested on Tuesday, "May 28, 2024," after being summoned to the Marivan Intelligence Office. Following his arrest, security forces raided his father's house without presenting any judicial documents, searched the house, and confiscated his personal belongings, including his mobile phone and computer.
It is worth noting that Mr. Fallahi's family had previously posted a one billion toman bail for his release, but it was rejected by the judge of Branch 6 of the Marivan Court, who did not agree to his release and expelled Mr. Fallahi's family from the court.
