Mohammad Rasoulpour, a citizen from Oshnavieh, was sentenced to two years in prison.

According to Hana's colleagues: Mohammad Rasoulpour, a citizen from Oshnavieh, was sentenced to two years of imprisonment by the Revolutionary Court of this city, presided over by Judge Ali Ansari, on charges of "association and membership in one of the Kurdish opposition parties to the Iranian government and propaganda against the regime."

According to a source, the issued sentence was communicated to Mr. Rasoulpour in recent days. Mohammad Rasoulpour, 53 years old, married, and father of three children, is from the village of Ghaleh Kohneh, a suburb of Oshnavieh.

It is worth mentioning that Mohammad Rasoulpour was arrested on the evening of Tuesday, July 2, 2024, by security forces without a judicial warrant. He was transferred to one of the security detention centers in Oshnavieh for interrogation and, after completing the interrogation process, was moved to the city's prison. Finally, on Sunday, July 14, 2024, he was temporarily released on bail of 600 million tomans.
