The identity of this Kurdish artist has been confirmed by the Human Rights Organization Hana as "Omid Ahmadnejad," a 35-year-old from the village of "Qaji Abad," a district of Mahabad.  
According to received reports, Omid Ahmadnejad was arrested by security forces at his personal residence without any legal documentation.  
So far, there is no information available regarding his whereabouts, the reason for his arrest, or the charges against this artistic activist.
