The Arrest of an 18-Year-Old Youth from Dehgolan by Security Forces

According to reports received by the Human Rights Organization Hana: On Tuesday, September 3, 2024, an 18-year-old youth identified as "Mardin Baqeri," the son of Baqer and a resident of the village "Seranjiane," a district of Dehgolan, was arrested by security forces.
According to a well-informed source, at 8 PM, Mardin Baqeri was surrounded by two intelligence vehicles while refueling at a gas station in the city of Dehgolan. He was arrested without any legal documentation and taken to an unknown location.
As of the time of this report, no information is available regarding the reason for the arrest or the whereabouts of this young Kurdish man.
