According to Hana's colleagues, last few days, the Natural Resources Department of Sarv, Orumieh, in the village of Akhian, has cut down more than 300, 10- and 20-year-old fruit trees.
An informed source added that they received a ruling from the natural resources that this land belongs to natural resources, which was communicated to their lawyer and he appealed the ruling.
While there was still no answer to the protest, the Natural Resources Department with the police forces of Serv goes to the village and started cutting down the trees.
This source also added that some friends wanted to film this painful scene, but the police forces threatened and humiliated them, saying that filming is against the constitution of the Islamic Republic.
The owners of the garden say that this land has been in the hands of their ancestors for more than 100 years and they had received permission to plant trees for more than 20 years.
This garden belongs to Mahmoud Osmannejad and the late Fahim Osmannejad. It is located in the plain and between the gardens of the village, which is 300 meters away from Akhian village.
