They were warned that if Mr. Waji continued his activities against the Islamic Republic in the Kurdistan Region, it would have severe consequences for his family members in Iran and for Hassan Waji in the Kurdistan Region.

According to a source, Hassan Waji's family was released after three hours of interrogation.
