Marivan: A Kolbar Killed by Direct Fire from Military Forces

According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Wednesday night, July 31, 2024, a Kolbar identified as 'Asad Afranjeh' was shot and killed by military forces while working as a Kolbar in the border heights of 'Sianav' near the village of Eskol. Sianav is more than ten kilometers from the Iraq border, and the Islamic Republic's military forces shot him from a distance of 7 meters, resulting in his death.
Asad Afranjeh, 25 years old, was married, the father of one child, and a resident of the village of 'Sianav,' a district of Marivan.
