Asad Kaka, a detainee from the Jina Revolutionary Movement, has been re-arrested

Hana: On Tuesday, July 16, 2024, a Kurdish citizen identified as "Asad Kaka," 30 years old, was re-arrested by security forces in one of the streets of Takab without presenting judicial documents. Asad Kaka had previously been detained during the Jina Revolutionary Movement.


According to this report, on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, Asad Kaka was transferred to the Takab Revolutionary Court with a bruised and tortured face, and was then moved to an unknown location.

It is worth mentioning that Mr. Kaka was previously arrested on March 3, 2023, during the Jina Revolutionary Movement in Takab and was transferred to one of the security detention centers in Orumieah for interrogation. He was eventually released from Orumieh prison after three months on bail of 3 billion tomans.
