Teenager from Saqqez injured by police

On September 17, 2022, during the burial ceremony of Zhina Mahsa Amini in Saqqez, Kurdistan province, at least two young men, Mohammad Parsa Sehhat and Nechirvan Maroufi, were irreparably injured after shotgun pellets hit their eyes.
18-year-old Nachirvan Marofi, the son of Khaled from the village of "Torjan" in Saqqez, who was injured in the protests against the murder of #Zhina_Amini, the doctors announced that he has completely lost the sight in his right eye.
