A Baneh citizen was sentenced to 15 months in prison

Based on the reports received; A citizen with the identity of "Ribwar Talebi" from Baneh was sentenced to three months of imprisonment and one year of suspended prison by Branch 101 of the Criminal Court two of Baneh city for "propaganda against the regime in favor of one of the Kurdistan parties".
The court session of this Kurdish citizen was held on Wednesday "10th of May 2023" in Branch 101 of Criminal Court 2 of Baneh and he was sentenced to 15 months in prison
On Thursday, July 21, 2022, Ribwar Talebi was arrested by government forces and transferred to Sanandaj Security Detention Center for interrogation, and after the entire period of interrogation, he was transferred to Baneh Prison, and after four months, he was temporarily released from Baneh prison on 300 million Tomans bail until the end of the proceedings.
