Hana Human Rights Organization Statistics Center has prepared its statistical report on the human rights situation and violation of fundamental rights of Kurdish citizens in Iranian Kurdistan in the year 1401 Iranian calendar. This report includes the provinces of Kurdistan, West Azerbaijan, Kermanshah, and Ilam. It should be noted that due to the lack of free access to news and events inside the country, this statistic cannot include all cases of violations of citizens' rights, but all the efforts of Hana human rights organization colleagues inside the country are in this direction, that the utmost accuracy It has been done in adding the news and verifying the published items.

Based on the statistics registered in the statistical center of Hana Human Rights Organization, more than 8,000 Kurdish citizens have been arrested in the past year. 152 people including 23 children and 10 women were killed during the recent protests. In the past year, at least 245 women were arrested. During this period, at least 87 people have been executed, 242 workers have been killed and injured, at least 40 workers have had an accident and died while working, 14 people have been killed and injured due to a mine explosion, at least 20 people were murdered for honour reasons, and finally, 131 people have committed suicide in the past year.

Arrests:

In 1401, especially after the beginning of the Jina revolution, more than 8,000 Kurdish citizens were arrested by the security institutions of the Islamic Republic of Iran arbitrarily and without any arrest order from the court.

The identity of 2,053 arrested people has been verified for Hana Human Rights Organization, most of them have been arrested on charges of political activity, cooperation with Kurdish opposition parties of the Islamic Republic of Iran, trade union activities, civil activities, activities in the field of women's rights and environmental issues. According to these statistics, 1,769 people were arrested for the crime of civil activities and participating in protests, 205 people for political crimes, 57 people for the crime of trade union activities that include teachers and workers, 8 people for the crime of religious activities, 7 people for environmental activists, 7 They are women's rights activists.

263 of the arrested are women and 171 are children.

Execution:

Based on Hana's statistics, at least 87 Kurdish citizens were executed in Iran's prisons in 1401. In the past year, 4 political prisoners were executed for  the crime of war against God (Moharbah) and the rest of the executions, 42 were executed on the charge of intentional homicide, 39 were executed on the charge of drug-related crimes, and 2 were executed on the charge of armed robbery.

Kolbars:

Based on Hana's statistics, in the past year, 242 Kurdish farmers and traders have been killed and wounded, of which 40 people have lost their lives, 29 people were killed by direct fire from the forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, 6 people were killed by  natural disaster and 5 people were killed due to a car accident. A total of 192 Kolbers were injured, 153 people were wounded by direct fire from the Islamic Republic forces, 11 people were injured by a car accident, 6 people were injured by a mine explosion, 10 people were injured by natural disasters, and 10 people were injured due to being chased by regime forces. have been The highest number of Kolbers casualties is related to the border towns and villages of Kurdistan

Women:

The number of women arrested in the past year whose identity has been verified for Hana are 263 people. Most of the arrested people have been arrested for the crime of civil activities and in connection with the Jina revolution, political activities and cooperation with Kurdish opposition parties of the Islamic Republic and trade union activities. During the Jina revolution, 10 women were also killed by the repressive forces of the Islamic Republic.

In the past year, unfortunately, at least 16 women have been killed by their families, fathers, brothers, and husbands for reasons of honor and family disputes.

Children:

In the past year, especially during the people's uprising against the Islamic Republic, 23 children were killed and 171 children were arrested. During this period, 40 children also committed suicide. Hana Human Rights Organization has received numerous reports of child abuse both in the workplace by the employer and some abuses are among families, and the amount and number of reported cases are alarming.

Suicide:

Based on the statistics recorded in the Hana Statistics Center, at least 131 people have committed suicide in the cities and villages of Kurdistan in the past year. Of these, 37 were female and 94 were male. Most of the suicides were due to family problems and disputes, as well as livelihood issues.

The ages of these people are as follows:

76 young people

40 children

Middle age 12 cases

and the elderly 3 cases

Social anomalies:

In the past year, 20 people were killed due to honor killings, of which 16 were women and 4 were men.

Mine explosion:

Based on the statistics recorded in the Hana Statistics Center, at least 14 citizens were killed and injured in the border of Kurdistan in the year 1401 due to the explosion of mines and explosives left over from the Iran-Iraq war and planted by the regime's border guards. .

Out of the total of 14 incidents, 6 people lost their lives, 8 people were injured, 3 of them suffered organ violations. There are 4 women among the mine victims. The most victims of these mines have been Kurds, traders and farmers.

Workers:

Based on the statistics recorded in the Hana Statistics Center in the past year, at least 40 workers in Kurdistan have died due to work-related accidents and lack of safety at work, and many have been injured. Also, during this period, 33 labor activists were arrested for the crime of labor and trade union activities.

the environment:

In 1401 solar year, 7 environmental activists were arrested
