Reducing a citizen's Moharbah sentence to two years in prison and 20 lashes

Based on the reports received; A citizen with the identity of "Adel Nadimi", the son of Mire and from the village of Pashabad (Pashawa) in the central part of Kamiyaran and a resident of Tehran, who was previously sentenced to Moharbah, was reduced to two years of imprisonment and 20 lashes with the efforts of the lawyer and the family's follow-up. .
He was convicted by the Revolutionary Court of Tehran on the charge of "insulting the right province, words contrary to the laws of the system", presided over by Judge Saeed Jamali.
According to received reports; The named person was arrested on Sunday, January 18, 2023 by the government forces in one of the streets of Tehran, and after the interrogation was completed, he was transferred to Fashafouye Prison and is currently in this prison.
