Orumieh; The death of a worker due to a fall from a height

According to reports received by Hana Human Rights Organization, on Tuesday morning, December 6, 2022, a young worker with the identity of "Eskandar Azarnia", 27 years old, the son of Mohammad Sadiq and a native of Hassani village, in Soma Bradost district of Urmia, fell from a height during work and the lack of safety in the work environment in Urmia University campus led to his death.
Iran ranks 102 among countries in the world in terms of compliance with work safety issues, which is a very poor rank.
