The judiciary's senario making against Dr. Mohammad Ghadami continues

According to reports received by hana human rights organization colleagues; The iranian government's judicial system's senario making against Dr. Sheikh Mohammad Ghadami Kurdistani, a resident of Baneh, who was one of the candidates for the 12th and 13th terms of the Iranian presidency, is not finished.
According to the report, on Sunday, August 14, 2022, a new case number was communicated via SMS to Dr. Sheikh Mohammad Ghadami Kurdistani.
It should be noted that on Monday, June 13, 2022, the Judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Baneh had asked Dr. Ghadami to go to branch one of the court's office in Baneh within five days.
Also, on May 23, 2022 and (June 17, 2022), new case numbers were communicated to Dr. Ghadami through Sana's system.
It is worth mentioning that on February 26, 2022, another case was filed against Dr. Sheikh Mohammad Qadmi of Kurdistani by the Iranian prosecutor's office in Sanandaj province and was referred to Tehran for investigation.
It should be noted that after announcing his candidacy and visiting iran's Interior Ministry, the Kurdish politician had been disrespectfully expelled from the Interior Ministry building and branches registering for the presidency.
In his remarks after the incident, Dr. Mohammad Ghadami stated that the only reason he was expelled from the Interior Ministry building and prevented his candidacy was been a Kurd and being Sunni.
It is worth mentioning that the security forces of the Islamic Republic continue to put pressure on this Kurdish politician and the security agencies are trying to force him to silence and end his political activities.
