Temporary release of two citizens from Marivan after 93 and 23 days of detention

Hana; On Wednesday, March 17, 2022, two citizens of Marivan, Akbar Faraji and Abdullah Rozrokh, were temporarily released on heavy bail after being detained for 93 and 23 days on charges of collaborating with PJAK.

 

Abdullah Rozrokh, 52, and Akbar Faraji, 37, were arrested at their workplaces without a court order. After arresting and searching their homes and workplaces, the two citizens were transferred to the detention center of security institutions in "Sanandaj" and were deprived of any right to visit and to have a lawyer.
The arrest of the two citizens was announced for the first time by Hana Human Rights Organization after their disappearance.
It should be noted; Political activity and membership in political parties is one of the basic rights of every individual, which is emphasized in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It is being challenged by the revolutionary courts.
