It is necessary to remind that this citizen was charged by the judicial system of the Islamic Republic, in August 2021, on charges of "membership in political parties, community and collusion to commit crimes against internal security, possession of illegal war munitions and illegal exit from the border" by the 101th branch of the court. He was sentenced to a total of 9 years of imprisonment and this sentence was reduced to 3 years and 9 months of imprisonment in the appeals court.

It is worth mentioning that, in June 2021, he was arrested by the security forces in Oshnoviyah without a court order and was transferred to one of the security detention centers in Urmia for interrogation, and after the interrogation was completed, he was transferred to Oshnoviyah prison and finally on August 3, 2021, he  was released from Oshnoviyah prison on temporary bail until the end of the proceedings.
