According to the colleagues of Hana Human Rights Organization in Sanandaj; All workers at the Kable Suri  Gasket Manufacturing Company in were fired.

According to the report sent by these workers, who are about 80 people, they were informed by phone that they have no right to return to the factory, and the forces of the Sanandaj Intelligence Office also threatened the workers that this issue should not be mediated in any way.
It should be noted; In recent days, some workers of the "Kable Suri" Gasket Manufacturing Company located in the industrial town No. 3 in Sanandaj were fired by their employer due to their inability to pay their salaries, and the Hana Human Rights Organization had provided information about this.

However, the dismissal of a worker has certain legal conditions that employers are required to comply with, otherwise the dismissal is considered illegal and creates difficult conditions for the employer.
 It should be noted that the workers' salaries in the year 2022 were announced by the Labor Office as 5 million and 679 thousand and 250 Tomans. While according to the calculations made, according to the directive of the Supreme Labor Council in the year 2022, the minimum subsistence basket of working families for wage negotiations was priced at 89,798,205 Rials. With this account, the minimum monthly cost of living is set at about 8 million and 980 thousand tomans. However, according to labor activists, this amount of subsistence allowance set by government institutions is not the main rate, and the main rate of subsistence basket set by independent trade unions is 16 million tomans per month.
