Four teachers' trade unionists arrested in Marivan

Hana; Since midnight, four trade union activists, Aram Ghaderi, Shaban Mohammadi, Mohammad Nikkhah and Askander Lotfi, have been secretly detained and transferred to an unknown location.
Hana's reporter stated; Aram Ghaderi was arrested today, May 1, 2022, but three other union activists who are members of the board of the Kurdistan Teachers' Union in Marivan were arrested last night when they returned to Marivan from Sanandaj.
The arrests of the four teachers' union activists coincided with International Teachers' Day and International Workers' Day. Dozens of union activists and teachers have also been threatened by security forces in recent days, and others are still in detention.
