Arrest of a labor activist in Sanandaj

According to a report received from colleagues of the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Sunday, May 15, 2022, "Ali Salehi", a labor activist and seasonal and construction worker from Sanandaj, was arrested by security forces.
This labor activist, a resident of the Naysar neighborhood of Sanandaj, was arrested by Sanandaj Ministry of Intelligence agents and taken to an unknown location.
No information is available on the reasons for the arrest as of this writing.
