The identity of this citizen "Kamal Bayazidpour" from "Darbaka" village was mentioned as one of the functions of "Piranshahr" city. According to reports, while driving on the way from Piranshahr to Mahabad, he was shot in the arm and leg by the police without prior notice,  on accusation of transportation of smuggled goods, and was taken to medical centers for medical treatment.
