Hana's colleagues identified the citizen as "Shamzin Mohammadi" from the village of "Ali Kand" in the city of Bukan. According to the reports received, on December 11, 2012, he was sentenced to five months imprisonment by Judge Peyman Rostami on charges of collaborating with one of the Kurdish opposition parties of the Iranian government. It should be noted that this Kurdish citizen was arrested by security forces on Sunday (July 27) by security forces without a judicial order and transferred to a security detention center in Orumieh city for questioning and then transferred to Bukan County Jail.
