Hana: According to a report received from Hana's colleagues in Saqqez,


"Mahmoud Salehi and Osman Ismaili were charged with" political activity and holding International Workers' Day, as well as taking photos and publishing them in social media  by the Saqqez branch of the Revolutionary Court of Justice. 

Mahmoud Salehi was sentenced to pay a fine of 20 million Rials and Osman Ismaili to a fine of 40 million Rials, according to the verdict shown in the submitted image.
 
 The two labor activists in a court held on Tuesday, May 25, considered the independent holding of the International Workers 'Day as a workers' right and defended their activities by rejecting the decision issued by the judge and declaring that the protest of the people and the working class against These miserable political and economic conditions are justified and their accusations have no basis.

Political activity and commemoration of Labor Day and the publication of images of it is one of the most basic human rights according to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and despite its signature by the Islamic Republic of Iran and the need to implement it, such activities in Iran are a crime.
