Sanandaj / Detention of environmental activist Armin Asperlos

Following the arrest of Kurdish civil and environmental activists, another environmental activist from Sanandaj was arrested by security forces.
According to a report received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Wednesday, September 29, 2021, the forces of the Sanandaj Intelligence Office arrested Armin Asperlos, an environmental activist in the city.
The reason for the arrest of this environmental activist is still unknown.
Armin Sperlos was previously arrested on Thursday (February 21, 2019) and released on bail two months later.
