According to this report, Khalil Razavi was tortured by Evin torturers and went to Baqiyatallah Hospital located on Mulla Sadra Street in Tehran due to a broken head, chest and pelvis. He is under the care of doctors in the security department of this hospital with handcuffs and legs.
